growing
G is letting his hair grow through quarantine and summer. He plans to cut it right before school starts again. I don't know what the fall will look like. With no vaccine for Covid-19 will schools start? Will we send the kids?
I ordered G some slip on shoes and swim shorts from Sam's Club. He's out of child/youth sizes and into medium man sizes now. It's pretty great that he has grown as tall as he has at all, and he'll be 16 this winter. Both of our families had late blooming boys. So G may have many inches left in his growth.
G finished his first year of seminary online. He usually had about 5-10 lessons he needed to catch up on. Sometimes he did catch up. Going into the last week of seminary he needed to do 3 lessons a day. He finished the final last night and today was the last day. I'm glad he got it done before the deadline and didn't have any technical challenges at the last minute crisis problems.
He's going to take programing and financial classes this summer and keep working on Leadership through online school. I'm glad G rolls with working all summer long. He has been blessed with really cool camps and other opportunities.
