Big Brother

I'm glad G is the big brother for our family.  He is impatient at times but he loves each of his siblings and wants to share ideas and activities with them.  Today he went to school as we went to pick up the green car that had run out of gas in Hawthorne.  We went to a really cool park and G really wants us to make sure to take him next time.
G's teacher informed us that he was taking quizzes for books he hadn't read to get points on the Reading Counts program.  That would be dishonest and gaming the system.  But G also never reports all that he reads because he doesn't want them to think he's making it up that he reads 3-6 hours a day.  So he never submits more than 1 hour of reading a day, and 2 hours at most over the weekend.  G also reads faster than anyone I know, so he can read a lot of books that go unreported or under-reported on his reading log.

Still, he needs to have integrity and not try to claim credit for something he didn't do the work for.
